This Privacy Policy describes how GetSure Insurance Agency, operated by Algoli LLC ("we," "us," "GetSure"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit xraymypolicy.com, request a sample analysis, or purchase a Policy X-Ray.
Information we collect
- Contact information. Name, email address, and phone number you provide when requesting a sample or ordering a review.
- Payment information. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Policy documents. Annual statements, policy contracts, in-force illustrations, and carrier correspondence you provide so we can produce your analysis.
- Usage data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via standard web logs and analytics tools.
- Communications. Emails and other messages you send us.
How we use your information
- To produce the Policy X-Ray analysis you ordered
- To send you your analysis, related documents, and follow-up communications
- To request information about your policy from your insurance carrier on your behalf (with your signed authorization)
- To process your payment and issue refunds where applicable
- To comply with insurance recordkeeping regulations
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To improve our services and develop new offerings
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to deliver our services. Specifically:
- Insurance carriers. With your written authorization, we contact your insurance carrier to request documents necessary for your analysis.
- Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
- Service providers. Email delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics vendors operating on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance. When required by law, regulation, court order, or insurance regulator.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your policy documents with third parties for marketing purposes, ever.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. This includes:
